Information For Authors

We appreciate your interest in contributing your original research to the Prospherus Scientific Journal. Our commitment is to maintain a transparent, ethical, and rigorous editorial process that ensures the quality and integrity of all published works. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your manuscript.

Submission Process and Quality Requirements

All manuscripts must be original and unpublished; they must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal.
Submissions should align with the aims and scope of the journal and demonstrate a well-structured research design and coherent argumentation.

The title must be concise and informative, while the abstract should clearly and independently summarize the study’s purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions, facilitating both review and indexing.

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the online platform. Authors are required to register and log in to submit their manuscripts and track their submission status.

Ethical Commitment and Responsibility

Prospherus adheres to the highest international ethical standards for scientific publication, following the Recommendations of the ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) and the Declaration of Helsinki, among other recognized guidelines.

Authors are responsible for ensuring and documenting:

  • Informed consent from participants involved in studies with humans or animals.

  • Approval by a Research Ethics Committee (IRB) or an equivalent entity, when applicable.

  • Permission to publish any material included in the submission (tables, figures, images, or datasets).

Our editorial team values scientific integrity, data transparency, and respect for authorship, which are essential pillars of the academic commitment that defines Prospherus.
